Guidelines and Refund Policy
The outbreak of COVID-19, the new coronavirus, brings threats to many countries. Individual countries may take different proper actions, respectively, which may affect your attendance.
Able to attend the Conference
Please take basic protective measures against the new coronavirus. Here are some simple guidelines.
- Wash your hands frequently
- Practice respiratory hygiene
- Maintain social distancing
- Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
- If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early
Not able to attend the Conference
If you find the situation critical and can not attend the conference, please read and follow the refund policy below.

- Refund is not possible on / after May 17, 2020.
- Refund is not possible for author registration.
- Cancel before April 30, 2020 – 70%
- Cancel before May 17, 2020 – 50%
- For each regular paper requires a separate full pack or conference only registration.
- For each workshop / poster paper requires a separate full pack or workshop only registration.
